Architecture and character are the calling cards of Sydney House in the Mount Airy section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Brooke applied the depth and breadth of her project management expertise and her interior design prowess throughout this home’s remodel.
As Sydney’s project manager, Brooke oversaw its renovation process– from concept, to completion. Having collaborated with the homeowners on a design aesthetic that worked for their family and lifestyle, Brooke provided design recommendations for each room that included flooring, cabinetry, wall coverings, and furniture and decor selections.
As such, she also provided renderings, which included floor plans, and electric and plumbing placement. Brooke also handled sourcing materials and facilitating communications between the homeowners, contractors and professional trade partners.
Also for Sydney House, Brooke created an exterior design plan, which outfitted the house from its roof down to its hardscaping and landscaping.
