With several years of real estate experience— and nearly 20 years of design— Brooke provides clients invaluable insight and guidance throughout the listing and purchasing processes— from preparation, to closing.
It’s Brooke’s fine arts background— coupled with her real estate acumen— that uniquely positions her to partner with you to create, sell and/or find a home that suits your family’s style and lifestyle.
That said, as an intuitive designer, Brooke helps clients curate interiors—be they specific to a resale, renovation, flip or in-depth restoration— that are comfortable, thoughtful and timeless.

AT HOME WITH INTERIOR DESIGN
Brooke has a penchant for collaborating with first time home buyers, which stems from the wonderful experience she and her husband had when purchasing their first home— a charming row home in Mount Airy— 14 years ago. And having been an art teacher in a former life, Brooke also loves to share knowledge (and her design know-how) with clients, particularly first-timers!
No matter what phase of homeownership you’re in though, there’s always more to learn. Specifically, Brooke views real estate less like a transaction and more like a collaboration that opens new chapters in life— be it upsizing and expanding, or downsizing and simplifying. So, clients who are moving into a new phase of family life also find partnering with Brooke reassuring and stress-free.
In addition to her real estate prowess, Brooke’s design expertise offers clients invaluable insight as they consider how they can make a house a home that suits their family’s lifestyle and style. From helping sellers stage their homes to maximize value and expedite the sale; to working with new homeowners to refresh or renovate— Brooke’s experience, industry contacts and eye make the difference.
